In March 2018 I travelled to Sierra Leone together with writer Kari Aarstad Aase for VG Helg magazine to find out what happened to the world’s 14th largest diamond ever discovered. It was found a year ago by a local pastor in the Kono district and we went there to see where the money the stone generated ended up. See the story here.
I also went to Israel in March, to live together with Israeli settlers on the West Bank. In May, Israel celebrates 70 years as a state, and one of the key challenges in the long and bloody conflict is the settlers. See the story here.
